| I had a great weekend and fully enjoyed the tri, especially that clear water, and will be back next year, hopefully by then I will be fit enough (lost 10kg) to tackle the real distance instead of getting hammered by the 12 year old by about 30 minutes.

| My partner A and I really enjoyed it today, it was very well organised and there was a great atmosphere especially with all the encouragement from everyone. It was one of A's first triathlons and it has definitely got him hooked.

| I couldn't believe it when I got home & looked at my trial time - even though I thought I hadn't performed up to the standard I wanted today, I took 8:30 off my time! Go the PB - there won't be any walking next year, that's for sure! KW 4-10-09 |
